What areas do you serve?
We serve Palm Beach County, including Palm Beach, West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Jupiter, and surrounding areas. Delivery is included for most addresses. For locations outside our standard zone, reach out and we’ll see what we can do.

Are items cleaned between rentals?
Always. Every piece of gear is thoroughly cleaned, inspected, and sanitized between rentals. Linens are laundered in free-and-clear detergent. We hold every item to a high-quality standard.

How far in advance should I book?
As early as possible. Holiday weeks and peak season fill up quickly, especially premium items like SNOO bassinets and UPPAbaby strollers. A minimum of two weeks ahead is ideal. Last-minute requests are welcome if inventory allows.

Do you deliver to hotels?
Yes. We deliver to The Breakers and other luxury hotels across Palm Beach. We coordinate with your concierge or bell staff so your gear is in your hotel when you arrive.

Do you deliver to vacation rentals?
Yes. We deliver to Air Bnbs, VRBOS, and other vacation rental properties. Please leave us your property manager or host name and contact information when booking so we can coordinate delivery and pick up. Porch drop off and pick up is also available.

Do you deliver to the airports?
No, at this time we do not pick up and drop off at the airport. Feel free to reach out to us if you have questions.

Do your crib rentals come with mattresses and sheets?
Our cribs include a standard full-size mattress, one fitted crib sheet, and a mattress protector. Each crib measures approximately 54″ L x 31″ W x 46″ and is made of wood, with color variations. We do not provide or rent bed bumper, blankets, pillow, or covers.
Upgraded mattress options, including Organic Naturepedic and Newton brands, are available for an additional fee. Additional fitted sheets may also be rented for an extra charge.
All cribs arrive fully assembled and simply fold open for easy setup. Sheets are laundered using fragrance-free Tide Free & Clear detergent.

Do you install car seats?
We do not install car seats due to our liability insurance. We will provide a link to the car seat manual. While our car seats are current, clean, and never expired, final installation and usage are the responsibility of the renter.

Are you insured?
Yes. We carry commercial liability insurance to protect both our clients and our business. All equipment is handled with care and prepared to meet high safety standards.

What forms of payments are accepted?
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment is required at the time of booking.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 7 or more days in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days are refundable minus a service fee. We understand plans change — just let us know as soon as you can.

What brands do you carry?
UPPAbaby, SNOO (Happiest Baby), Nuna, Naturepedic, Newton, Baby Bjorn, and others. We curate based on what we’d use for our own children.

Can I still reach you for custom requests?
Of course. If you don’t see what you need on the site, text or call us at 561-288-0006. We sometimes can source specialty items or build a custom package.
